Sarah Zolad, founder of Mission|Outcome

There are a few things that you should know about me: I enjoy helping cause-related organizations and businesses, I love order and attention to detail, and I'm passionate about helping organizations with their mission and vision statements. These three things make me a perfect partner to help your business.

I began my career in the sciences, where I learned about organization and problem-solving. I moved into technology, where I grew teams and helped organizations build their infrastructure and data centers. My experience building teams sparked my interesting in management, leading me to an MBA and a new career path helping organizations with their overall structure and processes.

I have worked with clients as local as recreation centers and urban planning businesses to global development and international aid organizations. I helped found a charter school and worked with local officials and organizations to build more equitable access to education and the arts. Through these experiences, I developed a passion for helping organizations to manage change throughout their lifecycles and to align their mission, vision, and values with and their strategic plans. 

I am constantly finding new ways of thinking about organizational management, behavioral management, and how we learn and grow. I try to put all my leanings and interests into my work and family.
